Multination Company, leader in rail systems, is looking for
a Project Manager. Under the supervision of the Modernization Manager the
resource shall works closely with other engineering disciplines (mechatronics,
internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer)
to ensure quality, to fullfill the requirements and to reach target costs.
He/she will acquire knowledge of the company product portfolio in order to
propose the products to the customer and will be able to understand the market
requirements and subsequently bring them to the company as activities to be
implemented. Within the RS organization, supports Sales and Customer in
all aspects of management of client projects according to the local guidelines: - Cooperates with Sales in communication with customer
- Discusses, analyses, and evaluates customer requirements and
specification, and elaborates commercial proposal
- Negotiates technical and commercial details and cost aspects
with customers purchase and respective engineering departments
- Prepares and presents customer needs plan to company teams
to assure complete plan is feasible
- Setup and maintenance of the project plan
- Cooperates and supports in design reviews and upcoming claim
issues, and facilitates between customer and Project team
- Monitors budgets and all commercial aspects of the project,
including payment, contract management
- Identifies, assesses and takes measures to mitigate risk
factors, and takes over change order or change-project-management
- Reports on a regular base to accountable Senior Project
Manager or team leader
Education and professional requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- 2/5 years of work experience in dealing with projects
- English fluent
- Availability to frequent business trips to follow clients
The contract and the salary will be proportionate to the
experience gained. |
